2. How do I apply?
All you need to register are your bank account details and BVN. We will also send a confirmation code to the phone number linked to your BVN. After registration you can apply to receive a credit limit. After your credit limit is approved, you will be able to instantly take a loan within your credit limit.
3. What is credit limit?
After your apply , if you get a credit limit,You can choose to borrow for cash. Once you pay off your pervious loan, your credit limit will recover and you can apply a new loan immediately.
4. Why was my credit limit application rejected?
There are a few reasons behind loan application rejections. The most likely reason is that our system did not receive sufficient data to score your application. Please shared all of the information required in the application or provided invalid details. However, there can be other reasons. As a responsible lender, we take steps to ensure we only extend credit to applicants who can afford it, so that our clients won't become too indebted. It is possible that at this time, you don't match the profile of individual we normally lend money to. We recommend keeping the app installed and retrying in 1-2 months, as the criteria of these decisions are constantly refined.

1. How can I repay my loan?
Your repayment will be conveniently deducted from the account linked to the bank card provided during your loan application.Partial deduction is supported.
You can also choose to Prerepay,click repayments on the home page. Choose the contract that you want to repay and enter your Haloocredit PIN.
2. What happens if I can't make a payment on my due date?
There may be fees associated with late repayments. In addition, defaulted loans are reported to national Credit Bureaus and this can severely affect your ability to access loans in future. We therefore advise you to take every effort to meet your obligations on time.
3. What happens if I don't pay back my loan?
If you don't pay back my loan,it will crsult conconsequences which can include: Suspension of your access to our lending service. Reporting your account delinquency to multiple credit bureaus. Involvement with external collection agencies. Possible legal action.So please pay us back on time.

1.Why is my Bank Verification Number (BVN) required?
We request your BVN as this is used to verify that the individual applying for loan is the same as the owner of the provided bank account. This is to ensure that your details cannot be used to apply for a loan without your authorisation in the event that someone else has access to your account details.
2.I don't know my BVN.What do I do?
To find out your BVN you can dial *565*0#.
3.Why is my bank account information required?
We request your bank account details as this is where we will disburse your loans to and where your repayments will come from.
4. My loan is 'successed', but I am yet to receive funds in my account.
Funds are typically received within a few minutes of receiving disbursement confirmation. We recommend checking that the bank account provided is a personal account. We also advise checking your account balance directly as credit alerts are not always received with transfers.
5. Why do you need my card details?
We ask for your card details in order to debit your loan repayments on your due date. Haloocredit understands that this is very sensitive information, so we have taken all available precautions and secured our platfrom with world-class encryption and security technology to protect your data.
6. Why don't I receive OTP?
One of the possible reason that you can't receive the verification code is that your phone number may be on the DND list. Please make sure your number is not and if you have any concern regarding this issue, we would suggest you to contact your operator to double check firstly.
